Potentiometer-wind-direction-transmitters are equipped with a sliding potentiometer
which
offers a theoretically unlimited resolution.
The heating is electronically controlled. A plug-connection is situated in the shaft of the
instrument. The instrument is mounted preferably onto a mast or traverse. All main parts
are made of anodised aluminium.
